Betabound is a long-running blog/directory of betas. Submission is usually a form. Testers who still browse it are looking for things to try; volume is modest compared with BetaList.
Submit when the waitlist page exists. Do not pay anyone to ‘expedite Betabound’ as a substitute for BetaList’s queue.

Betabound is built for coming-soon pages and betas, not for a launch-day leaderboard. Submit when the waitlist exists. The delay is usually the queue, not the form.
