Your 4-week startup launch calendar
A dated plan from your launch day, product type, and budget. The order is the four-week sequence. The facts on each card are the ones this site already publishes.
Your plan
Indie SaaS, launching Tuesday, November 17, 2026
Uses the four-week guide's default platforms. four-week sequence. Budget: Free only. This plan is built from Best Launch Platforms' published platform data. Check each platform's current rules before you submit.
Calendar events are all-day, so a timezone cannot move the date. Clocks such as 12:01am Pacific stay on the card when the platform record has them.

How to use this calendar
Enter the day you want the main event. In the four-week launch sequence, that day is the Product Hunt morning. The generator counts three weeks backward for assets, copy, and one warm-up, then places a second channel on a later day and a short week for the pages you mean to keep.
Product type swaps the platform inside a slot. Indie SaaS keeps the guide's list: BetaList, AlternativeTo, SaaSHub, a G2 profile, Indie Hackers, a subreddit you already use, Uneed, then Product Hunt with an X thread and Show HN on another morning. A developer tool uses GitHub and DevHunt in those directory and warm-up slots, which is the pairing on the developer-tool shortlist. An AI product spaces There's An AI For That, FutureTools, and Toolify across the month and warms up on EarlyHunt, from the AI-product shortlist. B2B SaaS claims Crunchbase, SaaSHub, G2, and Capterra, and moves the second channel to a LinkedIn post from a person, following the B2B shortlist. A side project warms up on SideHunt, from the side-project shortlist, and leaves the review-site profile off the month.
Budget follows records this catalog already has. Free only uses the free queue or free tier, even when that queue is why the step is early. Paid OK allows a paid expedite, skip-the-line, or premium tier when that same record says the free path will miss your date. Any amount on a card is the stored field, shown as written. Confirm it on the platform before you pay.
Why sequencing launches works
One launch morning is a crowded board, and it is a bad time to learn that the one-liner confuses people. The sequence spreads the same attention across a month. What you still have on Friday is a waitlist URL, a comparison listing, a sentence that survived real readers, and a thread you can send to the next person.
BetaList is first because its free queue is long enough that week 0 is when you submit. That timing is the time-to-live field on its page here. Directories come next because they are URLs that should already resolve when a spike arrives. The warm-up is one smaller room, on its own day, so a few weak sentences fail somewhere that can still forgive you. Product Hunt and Show HN stay on different mornings: both want a founder who is present, and the Show HN guide says to link the product rather than the Product Hunt page. Week 4 is when you update those listings and ask for reviews only from people who used the product.
Two comment-heavy rooms on one morning split the only person who can answer. The calendar keeps Product Hunt and Show HN apart. An X thread can share the Product Hunt day, because the sequence pairs that thread with the Product Hunt page. Every other step has its own line.
What to do with the output
Read the card before you block the time. Cadence, listing cost, paid options, backlink, time to live, and how long the listing stays are copied from this site's platform record. Empty fields are left out. Open the live page and confirm the queue, the cap, and the rel attribute before you rely on the backlink line.
Week 0 is a form, a landing page with one call to action, and a demo that plays without an account if you can manage it. Week 1 is a milestone and, where the plan includes Reddit, answers in a community you already belong to. Week 2 is time in the comments. Week 3 is one channel, staffed. Week 4 is editing the pages you already opened so they match what shipped.
A Monday, Friday, or weekend main day stays on the date you picked. The Product Hunt record here says 12:01am Pacific on a mid-week day, and only when you can stay for the comments. A Wednesday you can staff beats a Tuesday you will sleep through. The .ics file is one all-day event per step, so a timezone cannot slide the date. Clocks stay on the card. Copy the plan as text or Markdown, download the calendar, or print it beside the landing page. All three stay in the browser.
Where this sits on the site
Product Hunt prep and Show HN rules live in the guides linked above. If a waitlist directory is the wrong first asset, read BetaList alternatives before you join a second queue. Rankings are the full index when you want a score instead of a calendar. Best for holds the shortlists behind the product types on this page. The plan is a dated reading of those pages, built from published fields, with each platform's current rules still ahead of you.
