How to use this tracker
The rows are the directory. Search by name. Category is the category stored on the record. Free or paid uses the same listing-cost buckets as that directory: a free listing and a free queue stay under Free, and listing-cost text that includes paid, an application, a fee, or a jury is Paid. The listing sentence and the paid-options sentence on the card are the stored fields. Read them, then confirm the live form, because a queue or a price can move after the record was written.
Set each row to to do, submitted, live, or skipped. The submitted date is the day you sent it, if you want that recorded. The note is yours: a queue name, the link you used, or the reason you skipped the row. The counter covers the whole directory. A filter only hides rows. It does not change the count.
